My coaching is based on the VITA™ Method, created by Layla Martin. It is a deep transformational process to heal and awaken your sexuality. The tools and methods are backed by modern neuroscience and empowered by ancient wisdom traditions. In the sessions, I use holistic tools and practices such as breathwork, pleasure practices, trauma healing, meditation, energy work, sounding, and movement to resolve deep issues.
